I have a photo of someone with a name tag and I can't read it! Help?

I need a very special zooming thing, preferably online and free, that can zoom into the name tag on a photo I have and sharpen the image enough so that I can read the name on it. I'd like to add the subject of the photo on facebook. Please help.
