Change the number on your cell phone or don't bring it to school. If she is trying to pin something on you enexpectantly , use the circus trick (summon help by calling "hay Rube!") Just call out, "I need a witness!! with a cell phone camera. A few times like this will un-nerve her. Duck into a clroom and interrupt a cl to tell the teacher what is happening. They will not be happy but it will be something they remember. Get a print-out of your cell phone bill to show harment. Keep a log of what each call is about. She will not do it. Looks great in court. Tell the Special Ed teachers what is going on. Special ed kids are used to be treated differently and don't want to create a disturbance.
