Do i have bronchitis?!?

for the past 2 or 3 days i have been having a cough which is hurting my chest, and my body feels warm but im cold i took my temperature and i dont have fever which is weird.my head hurts, i have a stuffy nose, im tired. and i sorta have muscle aches at times i do...what can this be? and what should i do
