feeding moms Is my friend overfeeding her newborn? She tried to bf but said the baby was still hungry?

I had to supplement with formula for the first two months or so, but I was very determined to keep nursing. Only with very strong will was I able to keep going. Now she's 13 months and we just stared weaning because I have to go back to work. I have a friend who's been supplementing for a year because her baby never seemed to get enough. He's very healthy, not over weight and still had the benefit of milk. The point is babies and mommies are all different. Don't criticize, maybe you can just model for her. In the end, baby and mommy will be ok.
