I'm getting letters from colleges that think I want to major in the wrong major. Can I change this somehow?

When I took the PSAT, I accidentally marked that I wanted to major in biomedical engineering. I don't know why I marked it, but I did. Now I keep getting letters from colleges that think I want to major in biomedical engineering, but I don't. Is there anything that I can do about it? I don't mind the letters, but I want to receive letters from colleges that actually offer the major I want. Is there a way to do that?
