If protestant or evangelical christians dislike the term protestant or evangelical what another term can I use?

since they don't answer the questions that directly to them, instead of that one or two answer one question about them because they know they are protestants or evangelicals? what would be the term? don't tell me christians only because all catholics and evangelicals are christians also the groups of adventists, jehovah witnesses and mormons and other groups unknown
