if your asking this question , it,s my opinion you believe in extraterrestrial life , advanced ones at that ,..on the moon , mars question i think yes it,s possible and necessary to set up bases on these objects in order for the human species to go beyond and push forward in there quest to "go where no man has gone before "....".Kirk to the bridge."..."aw crap Spock i,m right in the middle of something here" ....
