What kind of illness do i have?

i woke up from a very bad sleep, (i randomly woke up in the middle of the night numerous times. i decided to take a shower and i was about to past out in there so i stopped and took some advil. i went back to bed and my body wouldnt let me sleep. my symptoms include feeling that my head is fifty lbs, i blew my nose and mucas with blood came out as well, i threw up some of my dinner from last night, and i've been farting at random times.
