When you had your second baby who looked after your first?

Have you asked any of the family around you about it yet? You never know until you ask. Ask your friends too.. Someone will help you out, and be glad to do so. If it comes down to it and you have to take her with you, oh well. They aren't going to turn you away at the door if you're in labor just because you have your other child with you. Stuff happens.
