Worried Mom wonders what to do for grown daughter?

My Daughter is 30, and has a college degree in art. She is considering going back to get her teaching certificate. I have been hoping she would do this for a while. ( I am a teacher) HOWEVER, she had been working for a couple of chiropractic drs. She worked for them for over 3 years. They were good at first but got steadily worse to work for. Then this year they set out to fire her. My daughter was very popular with the patients and still has many as friends. Her employers lied and said she was terrible to them and fixed it so she can not get unemployment. These Drs have had terrible people work for them that they treated really well. Like the lady who took a week off without asking and the one that stole 1000's of dollars from them and they did not even prosecute. I think they were jealous of my daughter and her relationship with the patients. Now my daughter has applied for over 30 jobs and has not even gotten a bite. She is using these creeps as reference... What can she do?
