Can someone give me advice on Conversion to Judaism?

You can convert and then later switch, if your beliefs change, but I don't think it would be a valid conversion (in the opinion of mainstream Judaism) if you went through it without being sure it was what you wanted and that you planned to potentially switch movements later on. I think you need to decide what you believe in first. Once you do that, you will be clear on which denomination to convert with.
