Help!! is my puppy going to be okay!!?

Could be anything. Dog shampoo doesn't cause internal bleeding. Illness, worms, allergies to something they ate, etc. will. My Toy Poodle is allergic to processed dog foods. They caused internal bleeding for her, so we switched to a raw diet, and bleeding went away...after spending several hundred $$ at the vet to no avail.
