Help with a yard thing?

Some fat guy was walking past our house tonight and he stopped in front of our bushes and threw up in them. Then he looked around and ran away. I swear I've never seen him, and he had no idea that I was watching him through my bedroom window! I am so mad! What now? I went out there to get our mail a second ago and there's all these bits of food swirling around in it! EWWW!
